If you are not satisfied with any product delivered, you can reject the delivery at your doorstep only or ask for the replacement
Returns is a scheme provided by respective shopkeeper directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective shopkeeper to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. Dairy products would be delivered only in the first attempt. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing
If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, get in touch with our customer care support at return@kiranacity.com and we will immediately replace the product. Return Pink-up services are available only at place where material was delivered. Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged. The field executive will refuse to accept the return if products are damaged.
Refund
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the shopkeeper.
You shall also be entitled to a refund if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;
Supplied items are beyond expiry date
We cancelled your order due to your delivery location following outside our delivery zones; failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;
you cancelling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking.
Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 5 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card.
